Of course, the new proposed HS2 route has moved the projected path of the misery express high speed rail line about one kilometre from its original path - but if you think that will make a lot of difference to the disruption and chaos caused when the building starts, you are an optimist! Travelling around the Lichfield area and anywhere else that this great blight path goes will be more difficult and your journey time to work will increase . . if you don't want that, add your name to the petition to stop this appalling waste of money vanity project.
